Key Features
Native iOS support — Designed from the ground up for iPhone and iPad, with a touch-optimized interface.
Free to use — Hydrogen is completely free, with no premium tiers or paid features.
Script execution — Run custom Luau scripts directly on your iOS device.
Built-in script hub — Access a collection of popular scripts without leaving the app.
Regular updates — The development team pushes updates to maintain compatibility with Roblox changes.
Clean interface — Minimalist, easy-to-use design that works well on mobile screens.
No jailbreak required — Hydrogen works without jailbreaking your device, keeping your iOS installation intact.
System Requirements
Before downloading Hydrogen, make sure your device meets these requirements:
iOS version: iOS 15.0 or later
Device: iPhone 8 or newer, iPad (6th generation) or newer
Storage: At least 200MB of free space
Internet: Active internet connection required
Roblox: Latest version of Roblox installed from the App Store
How to Download Hydrogen Executor
Downloading Hydrogen requires a few extra steps compared to apps from the App Store, since Apple does not allow script executors in their store. Here is the complete download and installation process.
Method 1: Direct Download (Recommended)
The simplest way to get Hydrogen is through its official distribution method:
Step 1: Open Safari on your iPhone or iPad and navigate to the official Hydrogen website.
Step 2: Tap the Download button for the latest version.
Step 3: When prompted, tap Allow to download the configuration profile.
Step 4: Go to Settings → General → VPN and Device Management.
Step 5: Find the Hydrogen profile and tap Install.
Step 6: Enter your passcode if prompted and confirm the installation.
Step 7: The Hydrogen app icon will appear on your home screen.
Method 2: Sideloading with AltStore
If the direct download method does not work, you can sideload Hydrogen using AltStore:
Step 1: Install AltStore on your computer (Mac or PC) from the official AltStore website.
Step 2: Install AltServer on your computer and connect your iPhone via USB.
Step 3: Use AltServer to install the AltStore app on your iPhone.
Step 4: Download the Hydrogen IPA file from the official website.
Step 5: Open the IPA file with AltStore to install it on your device.
Step 6: Trust the developer certificate in Settings → General → VPN and Device Management.
Method 3: Sideloading with Sideloadly
Sideloadly is another popular sideloading tool:
Step 1: Download and install Sideloadly on your computer.
Step 2: Connect your iPhone to your computer via USB.
Step 3: Download the Hydrogen IPA file.
Step 4: Open Sideloadly, select your device, and drag the IPA file into the window.
Step 5: Enter your Apple ID when prompted (this is used to sign the app).
Step 6: Wait for the installation to complete.
Step 7: Trust the developer certificate in Settings.
When sideloading with a free Apple Developer account, apps expire after 7 days and need to be re-signed. AltStore can automate this process if your computer and phone are on the same Wi-Fi network.
How to Use Hydrogen Executor
Once Hydrogen is installed, using it is straightforward. Here is a step-by-step guide to running your first script.
Step 1: Open Hydrogen
Launch the Hydrogen app from your home screen. The first time you open it, you may need to grant permissions for the app to function properly.
Step 2: Open Roblox
Launch Roblox from within Hydrogen or open Roblox separately. Hydrogen works by hooking into the Roblox process, so Roblox must be running.
Step 3: Join a Game
Navigate to the game you want to script in and join a server. Wait for the game to fully load before proceeding.
Step 4: Access the Script Editor
Switch back to Hydrogen (or use the overlay if available) to access the script editor. You will see a text input area where you can paste or write scripts.
Step 5: Load or Write a Script
You can either:
Paste a script from your clipboard
Select a script from the built-in script hub

Hydrogen vs Other Mobile Executors
How does Hydrogen compare to other mobile executors available in 2026?
Hydrogen vs Delta
Platform: Hydrogen is iOS only. Delta works on both Android and iOS.
Script compatibility: Delta has higher compatibility (85-90%) compared to Hydrogen (60-70%).
Interface: Both have clean interfaces, but Delta is generally considered more polished.
Updates: Delta typically receives updates faster after Roblox patches.
Price: Both are free.
Installation: Delta is easier to install on Android. Both require sideloading on iOS.
Delta is generally the better choice if you have an Android device. However, for iOS-only users, Hydrogen is the more specialized option with better iOS optimization.
Hydrogen vs Arceus X
Platform: Both support iOS (and Android for Arceus X).
Script compatibility: Arceus X has slightly higher compatibility but is less stable.
Interface: Hydrogen has a cleaner, more modern interface.
Updates: Hydrogen receives more consistent updates.
Price: Both are free.
Ads: Arceus X has more aggressive advertising.
Hydrogen is the better choice for iOS users who want a cleaner experience with less advertising.
Hydrogen Crashes on Launch
Make sure you are running the latest version of Hydrogen.
Restart your iPhone and try again.
Reinstall Hydrogen if the issue persists.
Check that your iOS version meets the minimum requirements.
Scripts Are Not Executing
Make sure Roblox is running and you have joined a game.
Verify that the script is compatible with Hydrogen.
Check the script for syntax errors.
Try a different script to rule out script-specific issues.
Hydrogen Gets Revoked
Apple periodically revokes certificates used to sign sideloaded apps. When this happens:
The app will no longer open.
You need to reinstall Hydrogen using one of the sideloading methods described above.
Using AltStore with automatic re-signing can prevent this issue.
Some third-party signing services offer anti-revoke features, though these can be unreliable.
Poor Performance or Lag
Close other apps to free up memory.
Lower the Roblox graphics settings.
Use simpler scripts that do not require heavy computation.
Make sure your device is not overheating, which can cause thermal throttling.
Key System Issues
Hydrogen uses a key system for free users. If you are having trouble with the key system:
Make sure you are copying the complete key without extra spaces.
Clear your browser cache and try again.
Use Safari for the best compatibility with key websites.
Disable content blockers temporarily if the key site is not loading.
Is Hydrogen Safe?
Hydrogen, when downloaded from its official source, is considered safe by the community. It does not require jailbreaking and operates within the bounds of iOS sideloading. However:
Always download from the official Hydrogen website or verified sources.
Be cautious of fake Hydrogen downloads that may contain malware.
The key system process may lead to ad-heavy websites — use caution and do not download additional files from key sites.
Use an alt account to protect your main Roblox account.
Can Hydrogen Get My Account Banned?
Like any executor, using Hydrogen carries a ban risk. While Hydrogen has a working bypass for Roblox's anti-cheat, no executor is 100% undetectable. Always use an alt account and follow safe scripting practices.
Does Hydrogen Collect My Data?
The official Hydrogen application does not collect personal data beyond what is necessary for its operation. However, the key system process involves third-party websites that may have their own data collection practices. Use caution when navigating key sites.

Advanced Hydrogen Tips and Tricks
For users who want to get the most out of Hydrogen, here are some advanced tips:
Optimizing Performance
Close background apps — Free up RAM by closing apps you are not using. iOS manages memory well, but Roblox and Hydrogen together can be resource-intensive.
Lower Roblox graphics — Set Roblox graphics to the minimum level. This frees up GPU resources for script execution.
Use simple scripts when possible — Complex scripts with many draw calls or calculations can cause lag on mobile devices.
Avoid overheating — Extended gaming sessions can cause your iPhone to overheat, leading to thermal throttling. Take breaks if your device feels warm.
Keep your iOS updated — Newer iOS versions often include performance improvements that can benefit Hydrogen.
Save frequently used scripts — Hydrogen allows you to save scripts for quick access. Save scripts you use regularly to avoid re-pasting them.
Organize scripts by game — Keep your scripts organized by game for quick access.
Test scripts before important use — Always test a new script on an alt account before using it where it matters.
Check script output — Use the console output to debug scripts that are not working as expected.
Security Best Practices
Always use alt accounts — Never use Hydrogen on your main Roblox account.
Do not share your key — If you have a Hydrogen key, keep it private. Sharing keys can lead to them being revoked.
Be careful with key websites — Key verification websites can be ad-heavy and may contain misleading download buttons. Only click the actual key generation button.
Use a VPN if concerned about privacy — A VPN can add an extra layer of privacy when using Hydrogen.
Do not download files from key sites — Key sites may prompt you to download additional apps or files. These are typically ads and should be avoided.
Popular Scripts That Work with Hydrogen
To help you get started, here are some popular script categories and examples that are known to work well with Hydrogen:
Universal Scripts
ESP (Extra Sensory Perception) — Shows player locations through walls. Simple ESP scripts work well on Hydrogen.
Speed modifications — Increase your character's movement speed.
Jump power modifications — Increase your character's jump height.
Noclip — Walk through walls and solid objects.
Fly scripts — Allow your character to fly around the map.
Game-Specific Scripts
Hydrogen works with game-specific scripts for many popular Roblox games. The built-in script hub includes scripts for:
Blox Fruits — Auto-farming, teleportation, ESP
Murder Mystery 2 — ESP, auto-collect
Adopt Me — Auto-farming, pet duplication
Tower of Hell — Auto-complete, checkpoint skip
Various simulators — Auto-farm, currency collection
Note that script availability and compatibility change frequently as games update and scripts are patched. Always check the script hub or community forums for the latest working scripts.
Hydrogen vs PC Executors: What You Miss on iOS
While Hydrogen is impressive for an iOS executor, it is important to understand what you miss compared to PC executors:
Lower script compatibility — PC executors support 85-99% of scripts. Hydrogen supports 60-70%.
No file system access — PC executors can read and write files. Hydrogen cannot.
Limited API support — Some advanced APIs (Drawing library, custom hooks) are not fully implemented.
No external script editors — On PC, you can use VS Code or other editors. On iOS, you are limited to the built-in editor.
Slower execution — Mobile hardware is less powerful than desktop hardware, resulting in slower script execution for complex scripts.
Touch interface limitations — Writing and editing scripts on a touch screen is less efficient than using a keyboard and mouse.
Despite these limitations, Hydrogen provides a functional scripting experience that satisfies the needs of most casual mobile scripters.
